Technical solution for 4.2 MW confirmed via previous technical studies. Currently re-permitting for an optimized Hybrid (Storage) connection profile to reduce CAPEX.

We utilize Corporate Tax Equity (CSR) to fund the developer's equity gap, and Retail Capital to fund the CAPEX.

Execution Roadmap

Phase 0: Asset Origination (Completed)

Secured land rights (7.1ha). Validated technical grid capacity. Developed financial model.

Phase 1: Seed Round (Current)

Raising €250,000 Seed Capital to finalize the Legal Structuring (EU Prospectus) and secure the optimized Hybrid Grid Connection.

Phase 2: Platform Launch & STO

Deploying the white-label STO platform. Launching the public raise for the 4.2 MW Construction Capital.

Phase 3: Construction & Scale

Build-out of the 4.2 MW Pilot. Licensing the financing platform to 3rd party developers.
